Akhila P. K. is Assistant Professor on Contract in the Department of Business Administration at Sree Narayana Arts and Science College, Kumarakom. She holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, completed at Mangalam College of Engineering, Kottayam (2020), and a B.Com in Computer Applications from M.G. University, Devaswom Board College, Keezhoor, Kottayam (2018). Before joining Sree Narayana College, she served as an Academic Associate at the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, where she gained valuable experience in academic administration and research support. Akhila is certified by the Kerala State Legal Service Authority and holds an additional certification from Narayana Gurukula, Sivagiri Madom. She has also actively participated in the National Service Scheme (NSS), further demonstrating her commitment to community service and leadership development. Her teaching interests are primarily focused on Finance, and she brings a strong background in business education to her role. As a member of the Red Ribbon Club, she contributes to awareness initiatives and supports student engagement. In addition to her academic roles, Akhila enjoys developing management games, which allow her to foster creativity and critical thinking among students, and she is passionate about exploring innovative ways to enhance the learning experience in business education.
