The Yoga Club at Sree Narayana Arts and Science College, Kumarakom, is a vibrant community dedicated to enhancing the physical and mental well-being of students and faculty members through the practice of yoga. Our mission is to provide a welcoming space where individuals of all levels can explore the numerous benefits of yoga, including stress relief, improved focus, and enhanced flexibility. The club organizes regular yoga classes, workshops, and mindfulness sessions, encouraging participants to embrace a balanced lifestyle while fostering a sense of community and well-being.
