Internal Compliance Cell (ICC)

The Internal Compliance Cell (ICC) at Sree Narayana Arts and Science College is committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and ethical academic environment. Our ICC ensures that all members of the college community—students, faculty, and staff—uphold the highest standards of conduct and comply with applicable regulations.

The ICC reports to the college administration and may collaborate with external regulatory bodies when necessary. Its membership includes faculty, staff, and potentially student representatives to incorporate diverse perspectives in decision-making. Objectives of the Internal Compliance Cell

• Uphold Legal and Ethical Standards: Enforce adherence to college policies, educational board standards, and government regulations.
• Efficient Grievance Handling: Provide a structured platform for reporting and addressing grievances through thorough investigation and resolution.
