Renjumol P.T. is a dedicated and experienced Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce at Sree Narayana Arts and Science College, Kumarakom. With over a decade of teaching experience, she holds a B.Com from Baselius College, Kottayam, an M.Com from S.D. College, Kottayam, and a B.Ed. from MGUCTE, Vaikom. Her teaching interests lie in Cost Accounting, Financial Accounting, and Financial Management, where she strives to engage students with practical and theoretical knowledge, preparing them for successful careers in commerce. Renjumol’s research interests focus on Financial Management, and she has contributed to several journal publications, including studies on financial and social dimensions of women empowerment, responsible tourism practices in Kerala, and consumer perception towards e-banking. She has also presented conference papers, such as her study on the Growth of the National Agricultural Insurance Scheme and crop insurance in India.

In addition to her academic responsibilities, Renjumol plays an active role in college administration. She serves as the Finance Committee Convenor, Head of the Department, and FYUGP Nodal Officer, contributing to the overall governance and development of the institution. Her leadership in these roles reflects her commitment to both student development and institutional progress.
