Holding a PhD in Management Sciences and a suite of postgraduate degrees including an MBA, MHRM, M. Com, and MSW. Dr. Arundev brings a strong multidisciplinary background to his teaching and research. As a Certified Career Analyst, he is deeply committed to student mentoring and career guidance, with additional certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and banking. Having qualified for the UGC NET in 2022, Dr Arundev’s research interests centre on service quality, student loyalty, mentoring, and consumer behaviour, with numerous publications in UGC CARE and Scopus-indexed journals. His recent work examines significant themes in management and education, such as the impact of NEP 2020 and skill development.
