The meeting began with a warm welcome address, followed by a vote of thanks by Sri. Roshan K. V. Remesh, Associate Professor, Department of Biotechnology.

The chief guest, Sri. Suresh Parameswaran, Convenor, SNDP Yogam Kottayam Union, delivered an inspiring keynote address highlighting the importance of effective parenting, mutual care, and cooperation between parents and teachers for the holistic development of students.

The presidential address was delivered by Dr. Reenamol S, Principal of the College. The finance report was presented by Smt. Bhagyalakshmi, Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce, which was unanimously approved by the members. Dr. Anju En IQAC coordinator offered felicitations, followed by a formal vote of thanks delivered by Smt. Parvathy Prasannakumar, Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce.

Approximately 75 parents attended the meeting and actively participated in the discussions. Parents suggested clearing the grass on the college ground and planting ornamental and decorative plants to beautify the campus. They also appreciated the institution, noting that although the college and campus are small, the academic standards are high, discipline is well-maintained, and overall performance is excellent.
